Anyone over the age of 23 with a valid driving license under the laws of Singapore and at least 2 years of driving experience can use the Audi on demand service.
You may drive with an overseas driver’s licence if it is duly valid under the laws of Singapore and meets the criteria outlined in the Membership agreement. If your driving licence is not in the English language, we will require your international driving permit.
Audi on demand operates from 9am to 8pm from Monday to Saturday and from 10am to 7pm on Sundays. Online reservation is available 24 hours a day on the Audi on demand website.
Yes you can, with a surcharge for entry into Malaysia. Kindly add this under ‘Add-On Items’ when you make your booking. There will be a $1,000 penalty fee for those who are found to have driven into Malaysia without paying the surcharge. In Malaysia, do note that you are strictly not allowed to drive the vehicle on a race track.
There are no mileage restrictions on any of the Audi on demand vehicles.
No. All of the Audi on demand vehicles are non-smoking vehicles. This is so we can maintain the vehicles to the highest possible standards for both you and other users.
Yes, you can carry your pet inside of your Audi on demand vehicle. Please ensure your pet travels in an animal carrier at all times. The purpose of this is to keep our vehicles to the highest possible standards for both you and other users.

We are happy to provide accessories such as child seats. Please call our Audi on demand team at (+65) 6690 0280 if you have any further requirements. You are able to add on a cash card during the booking process. Please note these accessories are subject to availability.
As outlined in our Car Rental Agreement, you will be liable for the cost of any damaged, lost or missing accessories in the Audi on demand vehicle.
The choice is yours. You can either bring your own cash card or alternatively you can include this as an add-on during the booking process. Do note that the cash card is chargeable and the charges will be listed in the booking site.

Yes, you will need to sign up to be a member of Audi on demand in order to reserve a vehicle. Signing up for an account is a free of charge, quick and simple process that can be done on our website (
What’s special about Audi on demand is that you know exactly which vehicle you are reserving. And this is the vehicle you get. Of course, changes can occur in exceptional cases. Our fleet will be constantly refreshed to provide you the newest offerings from Audi and colours may vary with each update. If this does happen, we will contact you in good time and offer you an alternative.
Vehicle handover and return is available during the operating hours from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 8pm and on Sundays from 10am to 7pm. You can book your vehicle handover or return via the online booking website Please note, when you reserve a vehicle after our operating hours the night before your booking starts, the earliest handover time is from 10am from Monday to Saturday and 11am on Sundays.
For concierge delivery, please book your vehicle at least three hours prior to the booking start time during our operating hours. You can reserve your Audi on demand vehicle up to 6 months in advance. Please note that model availability may be limited for last minute reservations.
If you have a change of plans, you can log in to your account and make the following changes: Cancel your current booking or change your delivery and / or retrieval location. If you would like to extend your current booking period, kindly contact our Audi on demand team at (+65) 6690 0280 and they will do their best to accommodate to your requests.
You can change the Audi model by simply cancelling your existing booking and making a new one with the desired model. This can be done under “My Bookings” after you log into the Audi on demand site.
You can book an Audi on demand vehicle for up to 1 month. If you are keen to book our vehicles for more than 1 month, please reach out to our Audi on demand team at (+65) 6690 0280.
The minimum booking period is 4 hours.
You can cancel your reservation at the Audi on demand website under the “My Booking” tab. Kindly note that the cancellation policy will apply. Should the booking be cancelled less than 24 hours before the start of your car rental period, your upfront payment will serve as the cancellation fee.
There are two different ways to pick up and return your vehicle. The first option is to visit our Audi on demand hub at Audi Centre Singapore, 281 Alexandra Rd Singapore 159938. The second option is via our delivery service. Currently at no additional charge, our Audi on demand concierge will deliver and retrieve your vehicle from your chosen location within Singapore.
The duration of the handover depends on how much detail you require about the vehicle from our concierge. Our concierge will give you a full tour of the vehicle in as much or as little detail as you desire. Do note that in addition to the introduction of the vehicle, the handover includes a driver’s license verification and vehicle condition acknowledgment.
If you are unable to pick up or return the vehicle at the requested time or want to extend your booking, please contact our Audi on demand team at (+65) 6690 0280. Please note that this is dependent on the future availability of vehicles.
Yes, you can request to return the vehicle early. Please contact our Audi on demand team at (+65) 6690 0280 for assistance. Kindly note that you will still be charged according to the planned booking hours and not the actual booking hours in the case of an early vehicle return.
You may change your retrieval location up till 3 hours prior to the end of your booking period. Simply log in to your account and edit this under “My bookings”. Kindly contact our Audi on demand team at (+65) 6690 0280 should you need any further assistance.
The QR code for your booking will expire 1 hour after your scheduled booking start time and your vehicle will be kept available for this time period. In the situation where you are going to be late collecting your vehicle please call our Audi on demand team at (+65) 6690 0280 and they will do their best to assist you with alternatives.
Yes, for verification purposes it is mandatory that you present your IC and driving licence during vehicle handover and return. Otherwise, you may be denied the vehicle handover.
As you will be driving our company owned vehicle, we will need a record of your IC and driving licence. In accordance to the Road Traffic Act (Cap. 276): A company, a partnership or an unincorporated body that owns a vehicle shall keep proper and accurate record of each occasion it permits any person to drive the motor vehicle. This record shall include, among other information, the NRIC or passport number of the person permitted to drive the motor vehicle.
Yes, for verification purposes we will only handover the car to the person who booked the car. Let us know if you face any issues and we will make necessary arrangements accordingly.

Yes, there is a 30% upfront payment for booking of our vehicles.
The price includes the vehicle usage, and a comprehensive insurance package. Should you require a child seat or other accessories, as long as they are available, we are happy to provide them as well. Please call our Audi on demand team at (+65) 6690 0280 for your requests.
Yes, kindly return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel (to the brim). Otherwise, we will fill it up and invoice you for the fuel costs that we filled up.
At the point of booking, you will be charged a 30% upfront payment via our website. The balance payment of 70% will be charged during vehicle handover, at the start of the car rental period. Should there be an extension on your booking, payment is to be made at the point of extension.
We accept payments via Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Balance payment will be collected by the Audi on demand team during vehicle handover at the start of the car rental period.
The minimum duration of use can be as short as 4 hours. For bookings less than 8 hours, the hourly rate per vehicle applies. For bookings more than 8 hours, the respective daily rate per vehicle applies. All rates include GST.
Every Audi on demand vehicle is covered by a comprehensive 3rd party insurance policy. This is outlined in the car rental agreement. Users will be liable for the insurance excess should a claim be made against our insurance policy.
Yes you can, and at no additional charge. You can add the details of your authorised driver when you make your booking, or under your profile. For insurance purposes, kindly send us photos of the driver's NRIC and driver's licence (both front and back) to
Your safety is our primary concern, so please drive carefully when using the Audi on demand service. If an accident does unfortunately happen, please stay calm and follow the following procedures depending on the severity of the accident. For accidents involving personal injury: 1. Switch on the hazard warning lights and secure the accident scene if necessary. 2. Call emergency number 999, administer first aid as required and inform the relevant emergency services. For pure material damage: 1. Switch on the hazard warning lights and secure the accident scene if necessary. 2. Look around to see if there are any witnesses and take photographs of the damage if you have a camera on hand. 3. Never admit liability at the accident scene. 4. Note down the insurance details of the other party. 5. Inform our Audi on demand team at (+65) 6690 0280 immediately. 6. Report the damage within 24 hours of the accident . Do note that this is a company registered vehicle hence it will have to adhere to our company’s insurance policy.
You are responsible for the vehicle as soon as the vehicle has been handed over to you during the reservation period. Our Audi on demand team will do a thorough vehicle condition check before handing the vehicle over and will highlight any existing damages. After your reservation period, our Audi on demand team will do another round of thorough vehicle check to ensure that the vehicle is in the same condition as it was when it was handed over to you. Should there be any new damages found during the return handover vehicle check, you will be liable for the damages and cost of repair.
The Audi e-tron will be fully charged, prior to your pick up. However during your booking, should you need to charge the Audi e-tron, we recommend that you head to SP Group public charging stations for the charge. The SP Group public charger locations can be found in the SP Group Utilities app.
The range can be seen at the top left corner of the Audi virtual cockpit display. On top of that, there is an initial warning when the range is down to 100 km. Thereafter, a second warning is given when the range decreases to 50 km. That’s the best indication for you, and when you should start to charge this electric vehicle.
Yes you can, as long as you are using a compatible charger with a Type 2 connector.
When using a regular 11 kW AC (alternating current) charger, it takes about 9hrs and 15mins for the Audi e-tron 55 to be fully charged from 0% to 100%. Just as a guide, for a 2 hour charge on 11 kW AC, it’ll give you a good range of up to 94 km. With a 150 kW DC (direct current) charger, it takes just 48 mins from 0% to 100%.
No. We are looking to provide you utmost convenience for booking the e-tron, so we’ll do the charging after you return the vehicle (with at least 50km range). However, should you be running low on range during your booking, give it a sufficient charge via the SP Group public chargers.
The Audi e-tron 55 quattro is capable of a range of up to 385 km.
The cameras in the virtual mirrors are recessed and well protected against rain. Plus there is an automatic heating function that protects it from misting, ensuring good visibility in all weather.
The virtual exterior mirrors can be folded in manually, please take extra caution when doing so.
To activate boost mode, shift the drive mode to “S” and press the accelerator all the way down. The boost mode will increase the engine output briefly, allowing you to draw maximum power and torque from the electric motors.

All rates are inclusive of GST, Road Tax, Servicing and Maintenance, Insurance and 24 hours roadside assistance.
For the example: Booking period of 6 months and 5 days, you will be charged the monthly rate for the 6 full months of your booking. For the last 5 days, the charge will be pro-rated based on 30 calendar days.
Yes, we will collect a security deposit with your successful booking of the AOD advantage vehicle. The security deposit is equivalent to a 1 month booking charge and will be refunded at the end of your booking period, after the car is returned and checked that there is no outstanding payment.
We will trigger the monthly charge 1 day prior to the beginning of every month of rental. You will receive the invoice accordingly once payment is successful.
We will periodically check in with you on the current car mileage. When we require the car to be serviced, we will pick up the car from you and provide you a replacement car for the car servicing period. Do note that the replacement car may not be of the same model that you booked.

To extend the vehicle use for longer, contact the Audi on demand team at least 3 weeks before the contract end date. Kindly note that the extension is subject to availability as there may have been bookings made on the car.
By accepting the monthly car rental agreement, the vehicle will be reserved for your use for the contract period. In the case of an early termination, the total rental charge for the whole contract period will become due and payable immediately and be deducted from your Credit Card.
Yes, you are entitled to the complimentary concierge service when you book from Aod advantage. Simply select the delivery and retrieval location when you make a booking.
