Anyone over the age of 23 with a valid driving licence under the laws of Singapore and at least 2 years of driving experience, can use the Audi on demand service.
If you possess an overseas driving licence (other than ASEAN), you can book and use our service only if you have an International Driving Permit.

However, if you are from an ASEAN country ie. Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand or Vietnam, you can drive in Singapore without an International Driving Permit.

On top of the above, you would need to be above 23 years of age with at least 2 years of driving experience in order to use our service.
Monday to Saturday: 9am to 8pm.
Sunday: 10am to 7pm.
Closed on New Year’s Day, Chinese New Year’s Eve, Chinese New Year and Christmas.
Yes you can, with a surcharge for entry into Malaysia. Kindly add this under ‘Add-On Items’ when you make your booking. There will be a $1,000 penalty fee for those who are found to have driven into Malaysia without paying the surcharge. In Malaysia, do note that you are strictly not allowed to drive the vehicle on a race track.
There are no mileage restrictions on any of the Audi on demand vehicles.
No. All the Audi on demand vehicles are non-smoking vehicles.
Yes, however please ensure your pet travels in an animal carrier at all times. The purpose of this is to keep our vehicles to the highest possible standards for all of our clients.

You can child-lock the vehicle. Also, if you need a child seat, kindly indicate in the comments section upon making your booking (subject to availability).
As outlined in our Car Rental Agreement, you will be liable for the cost of any damaged, lost or missing accessories in the Audi on demand vehicle.
Yes. You can either bring your own cash card, or alternatively you can include this as an add-on during the booking process.

You must be a member of Audi on demand to reserve a vehicle. Signing up is free of charge and it can be done on our website (
Our fleet will be constantly refreshed to provide you the newest offerings from Audi and colours may vary with each update. We will contact you should there be any change to your booking.
Vehicle delivery/pickup and collection/return timings are as follows:
Monday to Saturday: 9am to 8pm.
Sunday: 10am to 7pm.

Please note, when you reserve a vehicle after our operating hours for the next day, the earliest self pickup time is 10am from Monday to Saturday and 11am on Sundays.
For concierge delivery, please book your vehicle at least three hours prior to the reservation start time during our operating hours. For self pick up at the Audi Showroom, please book your vehicle at least one hour prior to your booking.

You can reserve your Audi on demand vehicle up to 6 months in advance. Please note that models are subject to availability.
In your account, you can amend your delivery/pickup and collection/return location. If you require other amendments, kindly contact our team at (+65) 6690 0280.
You may change the Audi model by cancelling your existing reservation and making a new reservation with the desired model. This can be done under “My Bookings” tab in your account.
You may book an Audi on demand vehicle for a period of 1 month. If you are keen to book our vehicles for more than 1 month, please visit our AOD advantage tab for the pricing.
The minimum booking period is 4 hours.
You may cancel your reservation at the Audi on demand website under the “My Booking” tab.

Kindly note that the cancellation policy will apply. Any cancellation within 24 hours before the start time of your reservation, your 30% upfront payment will serve as the cancellation fee.
You may visit Audi on demand at Audi Centre Singapore, 281 Alexandra Road Singapore 159938, for pick up and return.

Alternatively when you make your booking, you may select our Audi on demand concierge service at no additional charge and we will deliver and retrieve your vehicle from your desired location in Singapore.
It could take 5 to 20 minutes, depending on how familiar you are with our vehicles. During the handover, our Audi on demand concierge officer will also take you through the vehicle condition and verify your ID.

Changes can be done, 3 hours prior to the start or end of your booking. Log in to your account and edit the location under “My Bookings”. If you require any assistance, kindly contact our team at (+65) 6690 0280.
Do reach out to the team at (+65) 6690 0280 should you be running late. Your booking will expire 1 hour after your scheduled start time, and the upfront payment will be forfeited should there be a no-show.
As you will be driving our company owned vehicle, we will need a record of your IC and driving licence. In accordance with the Road Traffic Act (Cap. 276): A company, a partnership or an unincorporated body that owns a vehicle shall keep proper and accurate record of each occasion it permits any person to drive the motor vehicle. This record shall include, among other information, the NRIC or passport number of the person permitted to drive the motor vehicle.
Yes, for verification purposes we will only handover the car to the person who booked the car. Let us know if you face any issues and we will make necessary arrangements accordingly.

Yes, there is a 30% upfront payment.
The price includes vehicle usage, GST and comprehensive insurance for the vehicle. The price excludes add-ons (eg. cash card) and surcharges (eg. usage in Malaysia).
Yes, kindly return the vehicle with a full tank of petrol (to the brim). We will hand the vehicle over to you with a full tank of petrol as well. Alternatively, we can do the refuelling on your behalf and pass on the fuel costs to you.
Payment will be done on our website. First, a 30% upfront payment will be charged upon confirmation. The balance payment will be charged during vehicle handover. Should there be a booking extension, payment will be charged at the point of extension.
We accept payments via Visa and Mastercard cards.
The minimum duration for use is 4 hours. Afterwhich, the hourly rate per vehicle would apply. For bookings more than 8 hours, the vehicle’s daily rate would apply. All rates include GST.
Audi on demand vehicles are covered by a comprehensive insurance policy. You will be liable for the insurance excess ranging from $3,000 to $6,300, should a claim be made against the insurance policy.
You may add additional drivers at no additional charge. You can add the details of your authorised driver when you make your booking, or under your profile. For insurance purposes, kindly send us photos of the driver's NRIC and driver's licence (both front and back) to
If an accident does unfortunately happen, please stay calm.

Note down the IC, mobile number and insurance details of the other party. Take clear photographs of all vehicle damages. Inform our Audi on demand team at (+65) 6690 0280 immediately. Within 24 hours of the accident, you would be required to make a Police Report and an Accident Report with us. Do note that this is a company registered vehicle hence it will have to adhere to our company’s insurance policy.
You are fully responsible for the vehicle as soon as the vehicle has been handed over to you during the reservation period.

Our Audi on demand team will do a thorough vehicle condition check and highlight any existing damages before handing the vehicle over to you. Any new damages found during the return of the vehicle will be highlighted to you. Should there be any new damages found during the return handover vehicle check, you will be liable for the damages and cost of repair.
The Audi e-tron will be fully charged prior to your pick up. Should you need to charge the Audi e-tron, we recommend heading to SP Group public charging stations or shopping malls equipped with EV chargers. Charging locations can be found using the on-board navigation.
The range can be seen at the top left corner of the Audi virtual cockpit display. On top of that, there is an initial warning when the range is down to 100 km. Thereafter, a second warning is given when the range decreases to 50 km. That’s the best indication for you, and when you should start to charge this electric vehicle.
Yes you can, as long as you are using a compatible charger with a Type 2 connector.
When using a regular 11 kW AC (alternating current) charger, it takes about 6 to 8 hours for the Audi e-tron to be fully charged from 0% to 100%. With a 150 kW DC (direct current charger), it should take less than 2 hours for a full charge.
No, however you would be required to return the vehicle with at least 75km of range.
The Audi e-tron is capable of a range of 300km, however do note that this would depend on driving styles and conditions.

AOD advantage gives you the opportunity to book our vehicles for a month or more, and get greater savings in return. The rates can be found in the ‘AOD advantage’ tab on this site.
All rates are inclusive of GST, Road Tax, Servicing and Maintenance, Insurance and 24 hours roadside assistance.
You will be charged a prorated amount based on 30 calendar days.
There will be a 1 month security deposit charged to your credit card upon successful booking. This security deposit will be refunded to you at the end of the booking period, should there be no outstanding payment such as fuel, damages or parking charges.
The monthly payment will be charged 1 day prior to the beginning of every contract month.
We will periodically check in with you on the mileage. When the vehicle is due for servicing, we will provide you with a courtesy vehicle during the servicing period.

Please note that the replacement vehicle may not be of the same model that you have booked.
You are allowed to include additional drivers at no additional charge. Simply update the additional drivers’ details under your profile and select the driver when making a booking. For insurance purposes, kindly send us photos of the driver's NRIC and driver's licence (both front and back) to
Please contact the Audi on demand team at least 3 weeks before the contract end date. Kindly note that the extension is subject to availability.
By accepting the monthly car rental agreement, the vehicle will be reserved for your use for the contract period. In the case of an early termination, the total rental charge for the whole contract period will become due and payable immediately. The full amount will be charged to your credit/debit card.
You are entitled to the complimentary concierge service when you book from AOD advantage. Simply select the delivery and retrieval location when you make a booking.
